Visualization Templates
A set of four templates to create rapid and efficient visualization of your data
This Xtra offers a set of four visualization templates to allow for a quick and efficient overview and understanding of your data.
- Three Ortho Slices connects to any scalar field and automatically creates three Ortho Slices, one in each main axis direction. Mapping type, colormap, options, frame, transparency and embossing ports are automatically interconnected so any change to one of them on a particular slice will be reflected on all other slices.
- Volume Rendering Slice connects to any scalar field and automatically creates a Volume Rendering of the data as well as a Slice which can be oriented through a rotator dragger. This Slice can be used to clip the volume visualization by activating its clipping option.
- Volume Rendering ROI connects to any scalar field and automatically creates a Volume Rendering of the data as well as a ROI dragger which allows for selecting a sub-volume from the full data.
- Volume Rendering ROI Extract connects to any scalar field and automatically creates a Volume Rendering of the data as well as a ROI dragger which allows for selecting a sub-volume from the full data. An Extract Subvolume module is also created allowing to create a data representing the sub-volume.
