Getting Started with Deep Learning Training (Membrane Segmentation)

Model and companion project for the Deep Learning tutorial.


This archive is the companion tool to follow the Training section of the Deep Learning tutorial.

The goal is to get started with the Deep Learning Training and Prediction modules, through an example learning to segment membranes in Transmission Electron Microscopy images of the Drosophila first instar larva ventral nerve cord.

The downloadable archive contains the following files:
  • images and corresponding segmentation,
  • Project files (hx), to be kept in the same folder as the tif images, which automatically set up the steps detailed in the tutorial
  • 2 trained networks, corresponding to the results of each training step of the tutorial.
