Getting Started with Deep Learning Training for Image Segmentation

This is a model and companion project for the Deep Learning tutorial.


The archive available in this Xtra is the companion tool that allows you to follow the Training section of the Deep Learning tutorial.

The downloadable content is meant to help you, through an example, get started with the Deep Learning Training and Prediction modules. The content helps you learn to segment membranes and mitochondria in Transmission Electron Microscopy images of the Drosophila first instar larva ventral nerve cord.

The downloadable archive contains the following files:
  • Images and corresponding segmentation
  • Two trained networks corresponding to the results of each training step of the tutorial
