Auto-Crop script module
Automatically crop your volume data to reduce its size.

Auto-Crop can
be attached to a uniform scalar field (Grayscale or Label) and it will automatically
adjusts the sub-volume to be cropped by taking into account the value of the
Threshold field. Slices at the boundaries of the data volume are cropped if
they contain only data values smaller than the specified threshold. In this way
it is easy to isolate a bright (or labeled) object in a 3D image with a large
dark background.
Auto-Crop
will automatically enlarge the crop region by taking into account the value of
the Enlarge field.
When the
module is connected to a new data, the threshold value is automatically
computed and updated.
Data:
Input data to be cropped. It can be a
grayscale image or Label image.
Crop Threshold:
When the module is attached to a new grayscale
image the threshold value is automatically computed and updated.
When the module is attached to a new
label data, the threshold value is set to 1.
This value can adjusted manually
Enlarge size:
Size (expressed in voxel) that will
be used to enlarge the crop region. By default the value is 0.
