Polymer Beads

The recipe segments the particles located in the foreground of the image. The same recipe works for beads, powder,... data acquired at different resolution.

A set of markers is defined and then used for a marker-based watershed segmentation. Particles located in the background or touching the boundary of the image are then removed.
